Visit your nearest AAIB branch to fill out the application form, and make sure to provide a valid email address and mobile number
You will receive an email that includes a link to our Online Banking platform, your user ID and an activation code within 24 hours of submitting the application form
Click on the link and enter the user ID provided in the email
Enter the activation code provided in the email
Enter the 6-digit one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number
Create a password (For security purposes, please make sure to create a password that matches the criteria provided)
Activate your profile by scanning the QR code issued by AAIB Token app* (Download the app from Google Play or App Store; you will also use it to generate your One-time Password for every local bank transfer transaction)
Once you have successfully completed the registration, log in with the user ID and password that you have just created, and start enjoying your Online Banking experience.

AAIB Token app is a soft-token application that generates an authorization code – a one-time password (OTP) that is used every time you make a transfer to a local bank via AAIB Online Banking.

Activate AAIB Token app in no time

You must download and activate the AAIB Token app app on your device in order to complete the online banking registration process and start making transactions. Just follow a few simple steps:

step 1 — 1- Download the AAIB Token application from google play or App store.

step 2 — 2- Click on the Token Settings option in the profile screen

step 3 — 3- Open the AAIB Token app and enter the activation code received by SMS on your registered mobile number

step 4 — 4- Enter your AAIB mobile banking username

step 6 — 6- You will now be able to generate your OTP succesfully
