As an extra feature to our clients,  AAIB started to provide the door to door collection service for Personal loans & Auto loans, in addition to the existing service provided for credit cards.

Now AAIB customers from all over Egypt can contact us through our Call Canter (19555) and a messenger will collect their installments/payments from their premises. This new service will be reflected positively on customer satisfaction & customers will avoid missing their payment due dates. The new service is priced at a reasonable fee  EGP 10 and is provided through Sundays to Thursdays from 9:00 am till 9:00 pm.
